Where to find the freeware version of Vel's strategy guide?
I remember seeing it on here a year ago, but the link to it in the FAQ is dead and I can't get anything from searching the forums.
Anyone got a link?

Bumped both. There are relevant things detailed in the SMAC guide that are only lightly touched upon in the SMAX guide. If you don't have SMAX, get that guide anyway, for the same reason.
I'm not sure if there are links within those threads to other sites hosting the whole thing as a single file.
