You need some sort of casual, somewhat slow game to maintain the appearance of unenthusiastic work, right? Try a game of chess over the internet somewhere. Or else crumple up a sheet of paper and play cubicle volleyball with a bored neighbor. It's not quiet, but it's probably fun, and staring at a CRT screen when you have a headache isn't a good thing.
