Why Civstack is not working?
I downloaded Mercatorīs neat program and everytime I want to use it my damn Windows XP tells me:
This application or DLL C:\WINDOWS\System32\MSVBVM60.DLL is no true Windows file.
As buildding fortresses to every suqare on a giga map would be a bit boring I would be glad if someone could help me out. Thanks in advance.

Try replacing it at dll-files.com?
Perhaps CivStack isnt made for XP...

You need to install the VB6 run time files.

And install MapEdit too... you can uninstall it again immediately if you want, but that will at least install the file you need.
Oh, and the Civstack download info explains all the details, so... RTFM
Edit: made this post a little more civil.

You installed the run time files and mapedit?
Edit: my links kind of lost its effect... the Apolyton redirect strips off the anchor.

I you all, but the majority of questions I've had about any of my utilities were all covered either on the site or in the accompanying readme, giving the impression nobody reads any of it... Which pisses me off.
Oh, and good link FMK.
