Question about patches

I just wanted to know, Can I use the "US ENGLISH VERSION" patch on the united Kingdom release of the game? Because there is not listing fot "UK ENGLISH VERSION"

NO. If you use a US version the game will not recognise the CD because of the different copy protection system.

The 1.27 US patch is about 11MB. The UK version is about 7MB and I got mine from www.infogrames.co.uk

There have been some reported problems with the 1.27 patch but it worked fine for me.

(I assume you mean patches for PTW. There is only one version of the original civIII and one 1.29 english patch for it)
