No one that i can think of in the past century does much for me art - wise.
....... or is this one of those raving looney fundamentalist "Catholics aren't really Christians" rants. Honestly Ted, I thought we'd hear better from you.

all those myths about Jesus and God
|
Bodds:
Do you agree with everything Jesus says?
What about what he says about himself?
John 8:57-58
"You are not yet fifty years old," the Jews said to him, "and you have seen Abraham!"
"I tell you the truth," Jesus answered, "before Abraham was born, I am!"
If you believe Jesus lies here, why do you believe he speaks the truth at other times?

Diplo, There was a show on the Discovery channel that says Mary was raped by a roman soldier, so the virgin birth thing is BS. There is some evidence that Jesus survived his executiona nd faked death, so it appeared that he came bace to life. He then moved to southern France.
|
The Discovery Channel isn't really my idea of a reliable source...
And I don't believe it is possible to "fake death" on the cross. The whole point of the cross was that the victim had to continually pull himself up by the nails in his wrists in order to continue breathing. If you're implying that he took some kind of pill to "hibernate" a la Romeo and Juliet, he would have suffocated within minutes. Or are you saying he bribed the soldiers beforehand?
Besides, that particular whackjob theory is copyrighted by the comic book "Preacher." Give credit it you're going to steal others' ravings.

Is there a Christian denomination which follows the teachings of Jesus but does not believe in the miracles or his divinity?
Islam? Nah, they probably accept the miracles.
