As you may see all military fields but the navy are interested by these reforms.

We remember signing many agreements with your nation concerning our slow military re-armament (see End of Wine Civil War thread). In light of these reforms we would like to increase the number of military hardware we import from your country, and also we would like to buy from you the projects for our new Fighters and Fighter-Bombers, if you have any.

From: Federation of Capitalstan, Arms Procurement Division
As one of the major arms-producing countries in this region, we are prepared to supply any needs for military hardware that you may have, at much more competitive prices and at a higher level of quality than Noosland. Should you wish to take us up on this offer, please send us a detailed list of your military needs, and we can discuss the details.

Comment from a Capitalstani minister to an aide: "Are they referring to us? If so, they could at least have the decency to spell it right, unless they want us to officially designate them 'Sheep****gers'..."

We thank you your nations for your offers, but we had already signed a contract with Nooslanda a few years ago and we don't wish to break it.
We will however keep in mind your offers for any further upgrades of our military after this one.

Uberlandia says: Such precise information given about a country's armed forces has to compromise that nations security. All statistics on Uberlandia's armies are classified, but we can safely say we have several million men and women serving the fatherland.
Librocracy says: Hell no, we wont go!
Capitolocracy says: Large standing armed forces are not cost-effective. Now, the arms industry, thats an entirely different matter.

We're not 'badmouthing', merely pointing out our advantages... and we have many over a nation ranked quite close to the bottom for Arms Manufacturing...
