I am--and I suspect Rothe and red menace are--concerned that if it takes more than three weeks to set up a game that we are likely to spend a week or more between turns.

Just to clarify, this will be SMAC, correct? Because I don't have SMAX... I'm still going to stick w/Morgan... and I'm game for any set of rules as long as there's directive research.

Well, not built means that none of the secret projects are built from the start, but can be built when you get the requisite technologies, I believe.
