Anyone know how to force the AI to disband units?
I get the too many units message in my scenario, and its due to the AI having massive amounts of units in the wrong spot. So I need to know if I can get the AI to disband them, freeing up space.

Make them obsolete, the AI will then gradually disband them.

Can you put an estimate on how many turns it will take the AI to gradually disband its forces? For example, if I have units that are given to the AI from events, and it happens to be obsolete, how many turns do they have untill they disappear? Will they automatically be disbanded, or will they see a few turns of action?
Thanks for your help.

If you are loading multiple rules & events files (Like RF) you can just convert the AI units you want to get rid of into a 1 move air unit, they will drop like flies...

Yes, but what if the AI fortifies these units in cities?
