About moving fortified positions in Red Front...
I remember Xin made a post on how he'd build cities on fortified positions and he'd ferry them by boat to other cities. Also I could have sworn he said he airlifted them, but how can you airlift a 0 movement unit? You can't activte it and it needs to be activated for it to be airlifted. Can anyone tell me if it's possible to airlift a zero movement factor unit? Thanks!!

No, that's not possible! It is not possible to airlift a 0-move unit. Period.
