Nope. Frankly it seems to me that the mods we have are doing well. The best thing for the site IMO was the idea of mini-mods that can take care of the Democracy Game and creation forums. They have the abilities to maintain the forums, and there is very rarely the need for a full mod to even visit. It gives the mods all the time they need to deal with the REAL menace - OT.

If you check the roster, you will find that there are quite a few mods/staff. Over 10.

And I will join the rest saying that there are, currently, enough mods. Ming, Rah and MTG provide near-constant coverage in OTF... other forums get all they need .

Hmmm...Wonder if we should have a contest for "Mod of the Week"? After 52 people get a chance, then the membership votes!?! (Power to the posters!)

No. This feudal monarchy system is working just fine. There is no need to replace it with a dumbocracy.

LOL but wouldn't it be funny if Ming was in Ming mode at work, or even with his friends.

I knew this would bring you into this thread
It proves the point that we do NOT need another Mod and that coverage is good. But...just exactly how are you everywhere at once????

Shhhh..................
Ok, I confess. We're not just twins, we're really Octuplets. Ming is just a fictional character that ruthlessly controls 7 of my womb mates. I'm the only one that has broken off to attain true individualality.

You should check the picture thread. My theory is that that they either have some good disguise, or our view of aliens are wrong...( )

Since we're discussing mods here, what is the difference between a "Moderator" and a "Vice-Moderator"?
Does Ming point out the deletable threads and in-need-of-a-vacation posters and delegates to you authority to delete/send to Mingapulco?

No, you're both wrong. People who have vice as part of their title are in charge of procuring supplies for various vices.

My guess is that rah can only go in mod mode when Ming says it is okay for him to do so

Vice-Moderators aren't quite as important.
But, AFAIK, Rah has all the usual mod type powers in the forums he mods.
