Scen's modificiations
Hi all!

I think that one of the most important topics to address is whether we will modify the original scen or not. Why would we modificate the scen? Because there are one or two things that, in my humble opinion, should be corrected...

A) To delete all the 'huts', because from the huts you can get weird units...

B) To delete the diplos and spy from the computer because the computer AI cheats in a hard way bribing cities. I think it is very unfair for us.

What do you think?

panag, I've got units with 0 points movement from the huts (also sometimes IDF units). But there is also a point: I've been atacked by IDF units one time, so I wonder if AI gets them from a hut. Is that possible?

Yes, get rid of the huts. I'd had those stupid units come out of them too.

If spies do such a great job for the AI, leave them in.

No to huts, yes to spies.

We're in it for a challenge, are we not?

I disagree with leaving the spies in. Israelis would nevber be bribed by Arabs, not cities or individual troop brigades. The game is hard enough on Deity without the AI getting spies. After turn 7 starts it becomes extremely hard.

Red Front is hard enough on deity without the limitations we placed on ourselves, and we're kicking ass and taking names. I think you underestimate how well we'll do

But it completely alters the game. Israelis would never be bribed by Arabs, it simply would not have happened.

Yes for terminating all huts.

Spies: I'm not sure about this. I'd rather say let's keep them in, but I'm not sure.

The AI doesn't need Spies (or diplos) to bribe units: it can do it with any kind of unit... in Deity at least!

Will someone less lazy than me care to update the graphics? I think it will spice up the game a bit with new and better-looking graphics where they're needed

edit: I'm not implying that you should draw them yourself, but I think you can find some better suiting graphics ont his board.
Maybe someone already has done this?

In my experience, it possible to get 0-movement units from huts - and even arab units!

I'll publish the edited version of this scen before the elections are closed...

Just did two tests on it, both times gotten a local tribe, great for use against cavalry that hides in East Yerushalem.
Its a bit of luck maybe for some, but it seems to work great.

The terrain is realistic and extremely well done.
Hmmm, has anyone ever thought of contacting the maker and asking him what he still has left?
