Emperor Giovanni victim of a car incident
While he was running around with his Vespa through the streets of Nebbiolo (Torino in RL) King Giovanni was hit by a car (probably driven by a CFLA terrorist given the speed of the car) and got a pretty serious injury on his left knee.
The Wine police quickly intervened and King Giovanni was immediatly recovered at the CTO Hospital of Nebbiolo, where he was operated at his knee.
Right now King Giovanni is back at home and feels fine... although, he declared, he is a bit sad as he will not be able to play tennis for a few months now.
(OOC: In case you didn't realize it... this is what really happened to me... and that's the main reason for my long absence)

Well.. since I'm here writing and laughing about it I guess I'm all right
Anyway basically what happened is that a little piece od bone brake apart from the knee, and they had to take it out (they said that I was really lucky since the bone was not broken and that little piece did not cut anything)
Anyway, the insurance of that guy is gonna pay for anything... (I'm just sorry for the sad end of my old scooter... sigh... it was a good Vespa)

Shouldn't you post such news in the OT forum in order to let the poor peasants lurking there know about it too?
For the Vespa, are you complaining? Whine for a cpl weeks and here it comes, a new Vespa.. and broken bones are stylish too- although a month passed so I'm basically wasting my breath

The Lord Protector of Sheepsta has made an rare apperance on the world stage coming out of the isolationist view to give his best wishes to an old friend, Emperor Giovanni of the nation of Wine.

My condolences, Emperor, I hope you and all of your posts are alright.
I think it's time to let this baby go.

Uhmmm... maybe you are right... I should have posted this in the OT as well.
but than again... I don't have a Vespa anymore .... but I have a car instead
Yeah...
As for my leg... it's all fine right now, I'm playing Tennis as well once a week, and I'm not feeling pain (although the doc said I should wait till at least the end of October/middle of November before "even thinking about doing any sport" )
It didn't took me much time to recover luckily... well at least compared to all those soccer player wussies

If you're referring to a Vespa, then old wrench is more fitting
