Good sources for custom factions?
Does anybody know of any good sources for custom factions. Ones that are good and playable, I mean.

Do you have any experiences with playing with custom factions?

Please advise, as I'm looking for a new perspective on SMAC/X.

Okay. Thanks guys.

@ Maniac: I didn't know about that site. I know I'm coming across as a n00b, but I have never really been on the look for custom factions before.

They have different sets, named alpha beta etc. Can you recommend any set that is particularly well balanced and fun to play?
