The Australian civ group: Part 58 and a half
For those who missed the last episode:
Hydey disappeared again.
Finbar was almost lost to the siren call of rugby thread but made guest appearances.
Deity and horse had a little spat.
makeo went to the UK to escape his ex girlfriend.
Trev made quite an impression as a new regular player.

Sorry about last night if anything happened.
I only saw Makeo online after 9:30 so I started a movie, drifted off, and by the time I got back down to my office it was past 11
I'm stinging for a session having had none this weekend. Anyone around later today?

Ya Magellans covers many sins.
I'm playing a game called Strategic Command at the moment - world war II in Europe grand strat.
I'm using Admiral Raeder's "Mediterranian Strategy" which, if Hitler had followed it, Germany would probably have won WW II.

Its a tbs. It would appeal to people who liked board games. Its basically a computerised board game. The engine isn't very sophisticated, I suspect it may a re-issue of a game from a few years ago, but I've found it engaging. The scale is corps/army level. It only covers the European theatre.
I did however get a refund on my copy because I didn't think it was worth $50 so maybe wait till its in the discount bin.
I found the copy on my machine still plays without the cd

Barring accidents, storms, a genie who transports me to a more civilised country, or a sudden case of diptheria, I should be here.
