AP - Former Tartar dictator Zylka has been detained in America , Serbian official news agency says. The report was confirmed by a member of the Egyptian Governing Council.

"Zylka was arrested in his hometown of Kosovo," the Razlamic Republic News Agency quoted Serbian Razlam leader Jalal Talabani as saying. The RRNA report said Zylka was arrested in his hometown of Kosovo.

Talabani also said the Egyptian American Search forces have confirmed the report.

"Americans have said that the arrest will be officially announced in the next few hours," RRNA quoted Talabani as saying.

In the Razlamic America capital , a spokeswoman for the Egyptian-led Search forces notified reporters that a "very important" announcement will be made at a news conference scheduled for 3pm (2300 AEDT) but did not say who would be the speaker. The spokeswoman requested anonymity.

Nasir Chadarchi, a member of the Egyptian Governing Council, said on , "I have received confirmed news about the arrest of Zylka".

Nazem Dabbagh, a representative of Talabani's Patriotic Union of North America, confirmed Talabani's statements when reached by phone by an Associated Press reporter in Srbica.

"We are sure that Zylka has been detained. Details will be released later," Dabbagh said.

Green PArty Activists are planning a sit in in Egyptian Capital tomorrow to get Emporer Rasputin to place pressure on wolrd to clean up the pollution. Fears of global warming and rising seas are alarming.

The Emporer stated he has maintained Egpyts pollution at nil , and would begin a series of discussions with other world leaders to cut bakc hteirs to zero too. Simply cleaning up what the make is not adeqaute he statred, they must stop making pollution.

This is the greates threat to mankind in the world and I wil be taking whatever action is necessary to complete this.

I will be asking for a World Coalition to sign my Pollution Proposal and once signed the World Coalition will decide what action to take to bring the rest of world into line.

The parties to this agreement hereby agree to remove all pollution from their nations and to reduce their output to nil. We the signees have great concern for the eventual outcome of all our peoples and wish to see the world remain a clean place.

All signees will display their pollution amount on a regular basis.

Once the coaliton formed we will meet on a regular basis to discuss methods of containing world pollution , including but not limited to; Shared Scientific work to reduce pollution, utilisation of pool of Engineers for clean up, military force to bring others into line, destruction of polution causing activities.

The Very Aged Rasputin was no longer able to leave his bed, the Empire was being run by his generals and his admirals. A power struggle wa under way, Rasputin was not pleased with the latest schemes of his chiefs of staff. He had to get the Mufti behind him to prevernt a coup. He had heard of a new government form where the people got to choose their leader, and he beleived the people were ready. but with his army now mobilized to fight the navy he knew that time was needed. But he had a plan. And if all fell into place soon Egypt would rise from the smallest nation to one of the major palyers, he knew Egypt had the 2nd strongest amry in the world, but without a larger economy he was fearful that others would hold Egypt back.

Disgusted by their warring allies, the majority of the Chinese Citizenry went home early it seems. And did, well you know. That.

While other nations were busily smashing each other the Chinese population increased from 8.6 million people to well over 13 million. Most of this increase was from existing city growth, and greater urbanization in central China. Industrial production also increased dramaticly during this period has huge factories were opened in most major Chinese cities, along with the increased efforts of the Chinese engineering corps, rail projects also increased total production to a level more on par with the great nations of the world. There was modest growth in the military, but those figures do not reflect the number of barracks brought on line for the training of future troops. and naval keels set down, which had 2nd priority to the industrial build up program.

Lizard smiled as she relished the Azande success. Her plan unfolded exactly as predicted. The Azande troops were used to create PEACE in the world and to stem the tide of the war-mongering Serbs. The Azande had captured Ras and Budva and could easily have taken the Serb capital Beograd and then cut a swathe throughout Serbia. But world opinion would not tolerate this and it was NOT in the ways of the Azande to fight wars. They longed for a peaceful, stable world so that they could return to the stars.

Thus the Treaty of Budva was negotiated but with such a mighty Azande force poised it was inevitable that the Serbs would sue for peace. They did however request that the city of Budva be returned to the Serbs and would honour the agreement to not install ANY troop units in that city whatsoever...

However, there-in lies the problem. The Serb response and diplomacy was excellent BUT Lizard could see beyond that much hatred and resentment remained in Serbia. She had quelled an immediate danger and created a monstrous long term danger. She knew. She could feel it.

It would be necesary to constantly probe the Serbs for adherance to this peace treaty. As much as she disliked it she sought agreement form her Democratic Forum in Upper Azande to maintain a vigilant stance in Europe. This would involve constant reconaissance missions and round the clock surveillance. Any Serb city found to be producing troops would be dealt with. But these were private plans of the Azande...

Lizard had another vision. She could see in the future that a great country in the New World would arise and use its military might and democratic principles to create peace in the world. It appeared as though the Razlamics were the ones to be brought in to line. Was there a message in this? Was it the British who would take this action or that other New World super power, the Chinese or indeed a resurgent Serbia?

the old man was sleeping again. He had been bed ridden for months now, doctors awaited his death but he held on. The coutnry was being run by the trio, Admiral Saddam Hussien , Field Marshall Roberto Auldonis and Secretary of State Tamara Goose.

Openly they appeared to share the same goals, that of return to health of Rasputin and a stronger more peaceful Egypt. But behind the scenes each had his or her own plan.

Hussein had used his navy to blokcade the great sea and was in direct opposition to Rasputins aims of world peace and trade.

Auldonis had been instructed by the Emporer to disband the standing army , but had secretly set up more barracks and built larger forces.

Goose used her intelligence networks to gather information on the world and rumours were spreading of contacts with the serbs. Emporer Rasputin had sworn to never trust them again, but Goose and Hussien had other plans.

In his bed the old man heard all this and sighed, his Empire was in trouble and only he could fix it.

After many centuries Serbia returned to Monarchy. But this time, it was constitutional monarchy. The new system adopted a more suitable name – democracy. And it was a system of prosperity indeed. The citizens of Serbia have never before witnessed such a period of easy and luxurious life like the one they had during the reigns of the first two kings of Karadjordjevic dynasty: Peter I and his son Alexander I. Nikola Pasic was prime minister at the time and his Radical party supported the idea of Greater Serbia, which would include the holy city of Jerusalem, Subotica (once Serb city), Kaupang, the city of Holy Lands and San Francisco. But Nikola Pasic hoped to achieve this rightful expansion of Serbia by peaceful means. And it surely would have been achieved that way, if King Alexander I had not been assassinated by Tartar fascists during his visit in South Paris. Joint investigation by NKVD (Serbian Military Intelligence Service) and British MI5 proved beyond the shadow of a doubt that the Tartar fascist terrorists had training camps in China and that China supported them. It was the time for action and regent to young king Peter II, Prince Paul ordered an attack on Kaupang. The attack was led by the commander of Serbian cavalry, General Dragoljub Draza Mihailovic. He won two perfect victories, capturing cities of Kaupang and Subotica. In a counterattack the Tartars destroyed Kaupang, but were unable to defend the position and soon new Serb settlement Knin was founded in place of ancient Kaupang.

This was a moment of triumph for General Mihailovic and he decided to seize the opportunity. Aided by a group of young cavalry officers he staged a coupe overthrowing the government of Nikola Pasic and the Regency of Prince Paul. Nikola Pasic was arrested and Prince Peter was proclaimed King Peter II, even though he was only 16. General Mihailovic founded Serbian Fascist Party or Chetniks as they were better known. The members of the military wing of his party wore black shirts and saluted with their arm raised high up. They also wore beards and pledged that they wouldn’t shave until entire Serbia was free of foreign occupation. They formed fanatical stormtrooper units which were well known and feared for their ferocity and fierce courage in war even against impossible odds.

Many Serbs didn’t support this madness. They were prosecuted, arrested and some of them even murdered. This fascist government was a regime of fear.
While Mihailovic was concerned with his own people and how to make them obedient, the others were arming themselves. NKVD reported of the Egyptian betrayal. They have supplied the evil Lizards, eternal enemies of the Serbs with the modern military technologies and Serbia was unprepared for war. So General Mihailovic ordered immediate mobilisation but it was too little too late. The Lizards struck like a summer storm and rooted out all traces of life in Serbian lands.

The superior Azadine forces allied with Egyptians easily overwhelmed poorly defended cities like the cultural centre of Serbs – Ras. It was reported that even Ras Patriarch perished at the hands of evil Lizard antichrists. He was tied to the altar of the cathedral in Ras and then the cathedral was put to torch. Only ashes remained at the site of 1000 years old cathedral. This atrocity caused an international outrage and the entire world started to put pressure on the Lizards to stop their murderous and illegitimate campaign of conquest.
But Lizards remained deaf to all appeals and their next target was Budva. Due to improper defence preparation by the incompetent fascist regime, the majority of troops was caught by surprise in an exposed position outside of Budva and slaughtered in a single battle. The inhabitants of Budva gathered whatever weapons they had and tried to defend their beloved city. They have heard stories from the refugees of Ras about what was happening there and they preferred death in the battle to agonising life under the rule of Azadine savages. The civilian guard of Budva was easily overcome by superior Lizards of course, but because of their resistance, they suffered terrible hardships at the hands of Azadine occupation force. All Serb women were raped even young girls and old ladies, all men aged between 18 and 50 were killed.

This was too much for the fascist government of General Mihailovic. He was dismissed by King Peter II and Nikola Pasic was reinstated. He negotiated a peace deal with Azadines. The terms of the peace dictated by the Lizards were mere capitulation, but wise Nikola Pasic managed to improve them somewhat in favour of Serbs. Not much though. It was decided that Knin and Subotica would be turned over to Tartars, south Kosovo would be given to Chinese, Serbia would stop all military production and reduce her army – would have no navy but trade vessels, Lizards would maintain the occupation of Ras and Budva would be returned to Serbia but remain completely demilitarised. Many people in Serbia saw this deal as betrayal of Serbia, but Nikola Pasic acted promptly. The newly parliament voted overwhelmingly to abolish the monarchy in Serbia and proclaim a republic and to ban the Fascist Party of Serbia (Chetniks) and the Communist Party of Serbia.

General Mihailovic was tried and convicted of high treason and executed two years later.

Laying on his death bed The Emporer Rasputin called upon his last remaining strength and instilled Field Marshall Roberto Auldonis the new emporer. Admiral Saddam Hussien immediatly called his navy out of harbour and blocked al ltraffic into egypt, SSecretary of State Tamara Goose finally chose sides and put her full support behind The New Emporer. With two agaisnt one Saddam was forced to remain at sea with his loyal navy. But all Egyptian ports were closed to him,

It was rumoured he was getting support from somewhere in europe. Investigations continued and a new navy was called for.

In Breaking news today, the New Emproer has proclaimed a new freedom of religion law in all of egypt. Razlamics will be respected as the majority, but in change from centruies of one religion al lother relgions are now free to express their beleifs.
