Godzilla Scenario
NEWS FLASH!!!
GODZILLA ATTACKS TOKYO
This is an idea I had for a unique scenario. Based on the classic Godzilla movies and set on the samurai map (if you don't know it's Japan and Korea). The heroes are of course Godzilla and friends; Mechagodzilla, Mothra, Hedorah, etc.. But contrary to most hero scenarios you would be fighting AGAINST the heroes. Trying to save Japan (or you're other country) from the monsters. Civs would include:
Japanese
Koreans
Chinese (maybe)
Monsters (utility Godzilla tribe)
The others I haven't yet decided on. Maybe the Sea Peoples, Venusians or Xians (Planet X) from the classic Godzilla movies.
Any ideas especially tribe and units ideas (like a good Godzilla unit) would be appreciated.
Also, any links to Godzilla resouce pages would be greatly appreciated.

Hopefully not real trashy. But as corny as the movies were maybe.
I really don't know (remember) too much from the old movies. Monster names would be useful if anyone remembers any.
Another twist is when a monster is killed it in effect dosen't die, it simply returns to monster island to try and attack again. The key to winning the scenario will be to try and overtake monster island.

It might be cool if everything was black and white, just like the old movies! You cold have the map, units, cities, and everthing else like that. It might be different for a change.

Monsters (utility)
Yes, the objective will be to defend your cities from the monster onslaught. A typical conquest objective victory scenario with a twist. Unless someone has a better idea to give me.
Another new twist i'm adding is evolving monsters. Like Ghidorah. His evolution is as follows:
Dorats
Ghidorah
King Gidorah
Mecha Gidorah
The unit will evolve from one state to the next every time it is killed. When it reaches the last slot it is destroyed permanently.

Maybe give grassland squares high shield and food output when they are irrigated, but have it take awhile to work the land. That way you would be likely to have a bunch of settler/eng units out working the land when the BIG GUY shows up. Then they can all scream and run away - just like the movies!
The lizard king can pillage all the terrain work while the hapless military tries to amass enough force to chase him away.
(grassland because of the happless AIs inability to actually use any other type of terrain)
