Some extra information:
Binary Bastion's first citizen is a worker. Growth is in many turns.
Mythical Matrix' first citizen is a drone, but under police control. Growth is in six turns.

I'll remind everyone that our expansion via colony pod has tapered off in recent years, and we currently (aside from a place-holder in MM) have none in production.
I'll also remind everyone that each new base we build will produce one bureaucracy drone somewhere in our territory.

That, oh great GooglieGod, would be found under "write-in". I usually included them in the polls, but nobody ever voted for them. He does have a point, though, some may want to re-evaluate.
