Since I can't attach items in a PM, I'll ask it here.

I would like to edit the election poster of Tassadar, with that woman saying to vote for him. More specifically I would like to paste the tao symbol over her breasts. But when I try that, the entire square of the picture gets pasted over them, and not only the Tao circle. So my question is if is there is any way to copy and paste only the circle into another picture, instead of the whole square.

I'll upload the pictures I'm talking about. Hopefully these won't be seen as illegal...

the tao thing isnt that hard. just give the background transparent properties but the women pic. is a jpg that means the text is part of the pic. it self. that will be the hardest part
