A couple strange icon bugs

This game has gone on for a while and I have more units that normal. But if you notice the Iroq defenders in Thermopylae and San Francisco are visible. Also, before I noticed this, some of my units when they activiated didn't have the moving circle underneath indicating the active units. That's quite a hassle. Has anyone else seen this?
