CN Build
Due to the complexity of the rebuilding of a couple of our major cities and the moving of the headquarters I'm requesting that the CN be delayed until after our headquarters is moved to voltariograd.
This also allows us time to build enough terraformers that we're making full use of our support and also gives us time to put down some more terraforming for future base sites.

Well, I missed that discussion. Without knowing background, IŽd say BUILD THE CN NOW!
It is a powerful project, and either we or the drones need it. We are the better fighters, so IŽd say we build it! Soon!
