As was pointed out earlier, PEACE has stopped building its cruiser foil, and have begun mass-producing crawlers. However, I'd also like to point out that their research rate has dropped to one every 44 years. So... they are mass-producing crawlers and stockpiling credits. The most likely conclusion is that they are going to rush the MCC by hurrying crawlers.
I believe that waiting for the MCC to complete normally may not be an option anymore.

Yes... they've already rushed most of their crawlers.
Edit: oh, and even though they stopped building a cruiser probe, they're now building a probe team.

Sorry to flood this thread, but I just figured something out.
They haven't stuck all the energy they took out of research into economy... they've stuck it into psych.
What are they doing? Do they want golden ages really badly?

I'm guessing growth or drone problems, unless there's some ulterior motive? 
They won't rush the MCC that quickly. Although I do think maybe a crawler or two and a few ec could help it on it's way
