Anyone know where I can find this scenario? It's supposedly offensive and used to be on Dracon's site, but I can't find it there anymore.

MarkG was (and still is) unclear on the difference between a scenario, a modpack, and a patch.

Okay, from civilization.gamestats.com\civ2, on the left frame under downloads, choose archives.
Under The First Greek Civ site, choose Mods. It should be #15.
