France and Italy in the final? A really tight well-fought game with one of them just edging it 2-1?

Could be, a big factor could fatique though IMO, so I'm gonna go with Germany as I don't think German teams will do well in the CL.
Don't really care though, I'm hoping some outsider pulls of a "Denmark"... Wales !!!
Just puleeease don't let it be Holland

Yes. The draw was supposed to be un-seeded, but UEFA obviously cheated again because the best 5 teams haven't been drawn against each other.
Turkey, Holland and Spain have it fairly easy. Russia and Croatia will probably go through too, but that isn't certain.

And Wales aren't. Russia have it pretty easy IMHO.

Norway surely stands a chance, but it depends on Spain IMO. They really have mentaly problems similar to the dutch (still a Barcelona versus Madrid thing? ).

Russia isn't that good either. Wales do have one or two players who can change/decide a game, anyway I do hope Giggs gets to play on one mayor tournament during his career.

Its probably a really old and outdated joke back in the UK, but I just heard this one:
Why did David Blaine give up on his effort to spend a record 44 days in a box doing nothing?
He was told that Heskey already had the record with 4 years.

That's already been posted on Poly before, by Bodds no less. How does it feel to be copying Spink?

Denmark is in the finals for the 6th time in a row, and as the record will show, we win every third Euro finals we're in.
Last time was in '92, so... you do the math.

Yes alva, qualifying for the big championships is a great achievement every time. Qualifying is actually the hard part, at least here in Europe. Once you're in the finals and make it through the group play, anything can happen.
If only Germany weren't there as well.

He was born in Chester (England)
His parents are English
His grand parents are Scottish.
He lived in Wales only until he was 14.
He couldn't play for Wales if he wanted to.

Chester is in England
Being a couple of miles from the Welsh border does not make it in Wales.

They once were, however they are very-very weak now. They've barely slipped in. Look at their latest results:
1-0 against Luxemburg
0-1 against Bosnia
1-1 with Romania (Romania could have won this easily)
0-1 with Denmark
They've qualified only because they achieved some decent results last autumn.
