I am trying to find the name of an old space game I used to play.
The game was a space sim, I used to play in on my old Tandy. I can't remember the year but I think I played the second one around 1993. I had the first and second one. (If I remember they made a Genesis version as well) You got to select diffrent races for diffrent positions for your crew, and certain races didn't like other races, so if you had one race as a crew member other races would hate you (I also remember the weak 'joke' race of the first game was the strong powerful race of the second game).
It has been years since I have played, I doubt I will be able to get it to run under XP but maybe I could find the ROM and play it on a Genesis EM.

Yeah, that's it, Starflight. Excellent game, although I didn't play the sequel enough to form an opinion.

Starflight was the first computer game I ever played on a PC. When the sequel came out I scarfed it up immediately, but alas I bought one of the game disks sold that had a program error that prevented the game from saving. The company didn't even have the decency to admit to the error. It's now possible to download both games for free, but getting them to run properly on a Pentium is a bit tricky. You will need to find a program to slow down your CPU. I downloaded the games and installed the software to slow the CPU of my computer down, but I found that I couldn't get enthusiastic about a game with 1980s graphics. Supposedly some fans of the old games are trying to make a new sequel, bu the last time I looked their website was down.

Thank you so much. I DLed the Dos version on the game, and I it ran, but not very well. So, I DLed the Sega Gen verson and it works great.
So, Thanks again
