So the square were you found a base is 'darker' then the surrounding tiles? Sounds like you have the background problem as well.

If you can make a link for you alpha(x) and faction pcx file (or sent them), I could take a look...

You know how I fixed my problem? I was using Photoshop and I had Anti-ailsing on when I was drawing the pink lines and the background behind the bases. So that meant there was a slight color variation, which made the background behind the bases mess up.

I don't know about your problem, but could you start a new thread for this? I don't want to turn off my email notification for replies to my threads, and I'm tired of hearing from this one.

hay i gotta question not directaly related to this but still the same kinda thing: how do i mark an image with an alpha channel? (i got psp8)
