That was actually a relatively hard google, the year was tricky because the awards cover half of 2001 and half of 2002 so I thought I'd got it wrong when I initially said 2001, hence the edit.

It would have been a lot easier if you'd picked one of the major awards, most sites didn't list the packaging categories.
In the end I got it from the Grammy's own site, if you'd picked an earlier year I don't think I'd have found it.
