okay as im readin these threads i notice alot of times it says you can become another country while playing a different country like luxembourg can becomne france what do they mean by that?

Some countries have scripted events that will give you the option to "become" another country. Examples of these are Castile->Spain, Moscowy->Russia, various French minors->France...

Not here either, but this particulary forum isn't very active, so the mods is a bit...sloppy on checking it!
