Well if we are going to moan about national stereotypes why are all the baddies English accented.
Because the actors are cheap.

No it's not a conspiracy, it's a lousy film that has to use national stereotypes in a vain attempt to give the people in it 'character'.

There are a huge number of those. The movie "Kadosh" heavily demonizes the Ultra-Orthodox Jewish males in Israel for instance.
