India is often refered to as South Asia, or just sub continent.

Although im not sure of the exact boundries of what constitutes far east, Id always imagined it was China/Mongolia, down to Thailand/Vietnam, and included Burma and those nations on that peninsula.

Actually, have you watched television lately? Or looked at a recent copy of Cosmo? Sheesh, those women make me want to diet - I already wear a size 0 (supposedly the smallest size you can buy in women's clothing) and next to those women I look like a 1,000 lb shut-in.

honestly i've tried to like anime but i just totally don't get it

anime movies ALWAYS start out bad azz

like the first 10 minutes rule

but then like it just drags and drags into some deep philosophical emotional study or some thing and then I just get lost

plus the artwork is annoying as hell

Most anime is just commecial entertainment. There are exceptions, but most of it doesn't fit into what I'd classify as art (same goes for US television and any recent cinema).

Heh. There's styles among anime, as well. You can probably find at least one anime character designer who does faces you like. Personall, I'm most fond of yoshitoshi ABe's art.

Eh, there's good and there's crud, just like with everything. I'm always willing to point out the good ones, if you want. It helps to know what kind of movies you do like, though.
From your brief description, I'd guess that something like Read or Die might be something you'd like.

At least you had a genetic reason. I got voted in as resident weird person in high school. I'd give anything to be normal, but the voices in my head won't let me.

Yep. I should point out that I am merely the colourist and that a friend is responsible for the original lineart. Oh, and that "anorexic" is part of my title for it.
