Cigars
Anyone like having a cigar? I'm having to stick to cheapo 60p Hamlets at the moment, and the taste is decent (tho a few of you snobs will say they are useless..) Far better than fags, which I never saw the point of anyway?

Personally, I don't see the point of burning something and then inhaling what gets released, whatever that something is.
But whatever floats your boat.

Fags are great.
Draw them in.
Accept them.
Make them part of you.
Love them.
Realise that without them you are nothing.
Fags are the one thing that will always be there for you.

I like cigars, although partake very rarely (about 2 a year). Usually I buy them singularly, and smoke them either at formal balls or with my brother. My current favourite are Montecristo #4 which is a petit corona (not the smallest, but not huge - 5 x 42 size). It's exactly like the more expensive #3 except for a .5 difference in weight (5.5 x 42).
2nd from the left:
I also like Romeo y Julieta and Saint Luis Rey that I've tried, although have yet to try one of the new Coronas.

I think some study proved that people who smoke have a oral fixation that means they like to give fellatio.

A study proved that all people who smoke cigars like to give fellatio? Considering that most cigar smokers are male, the chance of all of them being gay or bi seems a little remote. For that to be proved? Seems a little strange. They maybe showed a connection, so that cigar smokers may have a higher chance of liking to give fellatio, but I would doubt that too, unless I saw some evidence.
There are many reasons to smoke cigars, from the flavour, the effect, the look, etc, and most do not revolve around an oral fixation. Therefore, it is entirely possible for someone to smoke a cigar motivated solely by one of these reasons, and thus it have nothing to do with an oral fixation.

Yep.
It also proved that those who do not smoke have an anal fixation about it, and prefer that method of insertion.
The test was a double blind, male only test, adjusted to include cultural bias.
The figures are lying around here somewhere.

Well what a turnaround
Does this mean that you have to sit in the smoking area of a pub? Whatever happened to that vociferously anti-smoking streak? Dare one say 'hypocrisy'? I dare
Enjoy your tobacco...cancer is really nice

If you can't beat them.
I now take great delight in visiting the places that used to leave me reeking of smoke and along with friends, have around 5 cigars each in an hour. By the time we leave, they are devoid of customers. Consider it my reward for their pro-smoking stance.
But usually I do smoke at home (all me flatmates do from time to time) or in the open air.

5 in an hour. You must be smoking the cheap disgusting brands. A good Cohiba will last me an entire round of golf. (4 hours) A good cigar should never be rushed. Barbarians.

Cigars, a strongly pro free market stance. I think you are turning into Cyril Sneer Stew

Quite good. The one I've had was quite rustic, a big bold cigar. Nice flavour though. And it's Romeo y Julieta, since being the brand name, it's not translated (just to help searches).

Of constant smoking That's a hell of a large Cigar (Churchill? Double Corona?) I reckon one should last between one and two hours.

It is. I am not sure of the precise difference, but I have seen them branded as cigarellos. I guess that's just a small cigar, or a cigarette that is wrapped in leaf not paper (depending on how you look at it).

Love 'em. Prefer Puros Indios or Bahia for an everyday smoke, Cohiba or Romeo Y Julieta for a special occasion. As for size, I tend to prefer robustos or coronas, though (like rah, I suspect) I'll smoke a Churchill or double corona when golfing.

Well I am playing golf so it's not completely constant. Just smoking between shots.
Cohibas are normal large sized Cuban cigars. Not much bigger than what you normally see in a large cigar.

rah: Cohiba is a brand, and make all kinds, from Petit Coronas, through Especials (sp) and Lanceros, to Robustas.
BTW: Don't you live in the US? How do you get Cuban cigars? My brothers were confiscated at customs trying

That's why I'm not sure what type of Cohiba it is. They use a generic white and yellow stripped Cohiba label that I'm sure is just slapped on after it's in the country. Probably about 6 inches long and about 3/4 inches in diameter, so it's not a petite. There are many private brokers that sell them in the US. Surprisingly in the open which is strange considering the illegality of it. I've smoked enough of them that have been smuggled in from canada to know that they are real. I'm not enough of a devoted expert to recognize the different sizes. I don't smoke many cigars since most of them usually suck. But I'll always take a Cohiba when offered.
Any info on sizes would be appreciated since I'm rather ignorant about them.

I don't know much about sizes either. The ones I have, though, are around 4 to 5 inches long and less than half an inch in diameter. Last about ten minutes.

I hate smokers of cigs but I have developed a taste for cigars in the past three years. Are the Cubans really that good or are they just blowing smoke up are asses. If they are, which one of y'all gonna send me some
