Uhhh... I think you can only change the number of posts per page that you view... NOT the number of threads that show per page

Ming is right.
Posts/page can be changed.
Threads/page cannot.

IIRC you can change it for the session by URl modification.

Which makes it a question of bothering to add this option to the URL every time you visit 'poly

Actually, that might be a good feature. "Show 50 threads per page...."

Hmm, I wonder what it would look like. I presume the software can handle it if it can be done manually as above.

When searching through old posts for info, I often use the method described by ixnay to manually display more threads per page. Works quite well, especially if you use one window to display the forum with the list of threads and use seperate windows to display the threads. (In IE, Shift-clicking on links opens them in a new window.)
This way you don't have to add the &perpage=100 everytime you open display a forum listing. And if you want to see if any new posts were made since you last opened the forum listing, just hit F5 (Refresh).

You are evil...
Window browsing eats up your resources for no good.
(Oh, well I use combinations of window and tabbed browsing if I want to be able to view more than one page at once or want to have one window on one page and another on another page...)

I often have other programs open next to a webbrowser and I hate having to switch between Alt-Tab and Ctrl-Tab all the time. Also, I often want to view several pages at the same time. As far as resources go, I have far more than is good for my anyways (plus, with proper programming a lot of resources can be (and are, IIRC) shared with windowed browsing as well)
