I don't have any numbers on false rape accusations by males. Half of all rape accusations are lies. They still live longer than men, even with all those "shadowy woman parts". There is a growing men's movement, whether you like it or not. It has been created by the abuses of feminism over the years. Women live seven years longer than men, yet women receive more health funding. We ignore male victims of domestic violence even though men are victimized as often as women are and have no shelter or outreach but instead receive ridicule and disbelief.
